| Is it possible to conceive of a more stupid stance than encouraging the riding of bikes and DIScouraging the wearing of the only thing that will protect the cyclist`s head in the event of the fall. The opponents of the Helmet Bill will bear a heavy responsibility for every death and injury that occurs because of the views that they hold. |
