| If Jordan, Egypt, and the other Arab countries would develop their higher education to produce the level of technological and scientific accomplishment, innovation and brilliance that Israel has, then it would be worthwhile for Texas (and any other state entity) to pursue formal business relations. Until then, why bother? And until then, what a waste of human potential! |
