| Israel maintains a "footprint" in Texas left over from the campaigning days of George Bush. Early Israeli support for Bush insured that he would serve as a "useful idiot" when the time came. In the end, it worked out so well, that Israel decided to formalize and extend the Texas connection. The governor of Texas eagerly facilitated this connection since becoming a useful idiot to Israel is a step up from being governor of Texas. Who knows were it could ultimately lead? |
