So far the IAEA has discovered the following:
Iran had a very tentative investigation of nuclear weapons technology during the late stages of the Iraq-Iran war (remember, Iran attacked the Osirak reactor BEFORE Israel did).

The IAEA has determined that said program was terminated in the years immediately following the end of the Iraq-Iran war.

The IAEA has been unable to find any evidence of an ongoing program.

The IAEA has only a few, and very limited problems between being able to state positively that there is no Iranian bomb program and not being able to do so.

The IAEA has a VERY high standard for being willing to certify that there is no program.

Most of the problems existing two years ago have been resolved and the remaining ones Iran has agreed to settle.

Those who prefer paranoid fantasy to reality are certain of what there is no evidence for. Those of us who favor certainty, are aware that the IAEA is on the ground, at the sites, and using very strict standard.
