| nearly impossible for them to implement their obligations in the least. and if anyone disagrees with that statement and i`m sure there are, please tell me ONE thing the palestinains have EVER done toward fulfilling obligations according to any agreements they have signed or agreed to. i have yet to hear anyone be able to do that. |
