Just another example of "one man`s terrorist is another man`s hero". Haganah were a bunch of murderers to rival any of the Palestinian groups, considering that they got what they wanted, and their members, along with those of Stern Gang and Irgun, became Israeli leaders.
Interesting bit of History anyway.
Lithuania has to enter the 21st century, after years of being a Russian Satellite, and apart from good roads, they have a pretty backward rural economy. Still, a nice place to visit, and we found them very hospitable. Every country has its rednecks - including Israel! |
