| As it turns out, the law in the U.S. is that individual judges don`t interfere with foreign policy, so the court applied the law correctly. But even setting that aside, there are no precedents for holding a bulldozer manufacturer liable for crimes allegedly committed with their products. We don`t hold the gun or arms manufacturers liable, and those products are specifically made to kill people. |
