| There was never a case. The vehicles were sold to Israel, to among other things operate in a war zone. Rachael Corrie entered that war zone, that was her choice. Taking sides with both Israel`s and America`s enemies was also her choice. She most likely died by accident and there is absolutly no proof she was targeted otherwise-NONE. I wrote on this board some time ago when the suit became public there was no case and probably no jurisdiction by the 9th circuit against CAT. |
