| Look-- Israelis/Jews sue Palestinians, Arabs, Muslims, an airport for not hanging a menorah up when Christmas trees are up & everyone else in this country...on a regular basis. The Courts/Appeal Courts-- Have no problem in embarrassing this country by showing obvious bias in our legal system towards them...by allowing their cases to go forward & then have huge sums awarded to them. So, their expressions of concern regarding embarrassing this country is bullsh**. The Court/Appeal Courts-- Though most have been sluggish (very slow) including the Supreme Court...have no problem in hearing cases against things like Guantanomo Bay, holding people for years without charge & trial...even though this has been the worst embarrassment for this country/blow to democracy for all & our "higher moral ground" FOR YEARS NOW...& is also linked to Bush`s "FOREIGN POLICY". Unfortunately-- Not all in anyone`s legal system have the right motives...seek justice ELSEWHERE! |
