I don`t pretend to know everything, but I had to prepare surveys for consulting work where we had to ask people about their denominations.

These are not sects, they are denominations. Sects are defined as religious subgroups that broke off from mainstream. In this case, these are just groups defining themselves according to the level of observance. It`s like, say, Presbyterian and Methodist churches within the Protestant Church.

Jews in Israel tend to be either Chareidim or Ultra-Orthodox as written in the news and traditional. There no visible Reform or Conservative and the like streams here. However, in the States, there are many more denominations. The official ones (for the surveys) are:
