That the swastika may be a symbol of love in India is completely irrelevant, unless you are suggesting that its use on the synagogue was demonstration of affection. "Germany for Germans", of course, suggests not.
Hatred of people for reasons of race, religion and nationality is news worthy and worthy of condemnation; and more so when we are dealing with expressions of hatred such as handing out candies when people are maimed and killed. What is remarkable is that it is not more newsworthy than it apparenly is. |
