FYI, swastikas were found in excavated 2000-year old synagogues among other decorative designs. Obviously they had a positive meaning for those ancient shul-goers. Since these 21st century "decorations" have been daubed in tasty chocolate - who knows, perhaps these daubers just wanted to revive this ancient meaning and wish a "sweet Rosh Hashanah" . (Just kidding).
