| Your information regarding bags in Germany is wrong. Food stores always charge for bags. The cheapest bags are 6 cents and the more expensive ones normally 15 cents. Stores sell reusable bags at a higher cost. Plenty of germans use their own baskets. Department stores offer free bags. In Israel I am shocked at the lack of recycling facilities and the amount of trash in the streets. |
