| If fines were the answer to the plastic bag menace , then Israeli drivers would not constantly break the speed limit, would not park their cars on the pavement, would pick up yesterdays excreted dinner from their dogs. Packers look at the local supermarket look at me as if I`m mad when I say to them why are you putting wrapped items in a plastic bag, throw done my purchases and walk a way insulted. What goes for Europe will not work here. |
