| When shopping in any ordinary store in Israel and refusing a bag when purchasing 1 or 2 items workers at the front door always question if ive actually paid for the product. Its so absurd there to turn down a plastic bag even for the smallest item where its clearly not neccessary that if you walk out without one it is assumed u are trying to steal something... this shows the extent of how oblivious israelis are to the damaging effect plastic bags have on the environment |
