Here in the US there is a body of sentiment that if an individual is forbidden the use of property for environmental reasons, the person should be compensated in some way for that loss. Under the same theory, shouldn`t a person denied the use of property because at some time in the past there were Jews buried there be compensated by the Jewish community for his loss? Just wondering.
