When there are no tools for the teachers to use to discipline the children and a teacher is frightened of the children`s parents and the police if they physically separate a bully from a victim, I guess the best thing is to encourage your kid to defend him\her self. My son learned early on to stay within his group of friends on the playground and after school, bullies are less likely to pick on groups of kids.
This behavior is a reflection of Israeli society, corruption, deceit and abuse of power. |
