This is the message we are sending out. As long as you originate from Darfur you can come here. Doesn`t matter where you have been living or what you have been doing.
No other country will EVER take refugees who have fled Sudan, moved to Egypt where they have refugee status, and then moved to Israel. The Egytians are refusing to take them back, which means we are left with any Darfurian who wants to live here. Juist to note the history of Sudanese in Egypt, Australia, Europe, etc. is one of extreme physical violence.
The "rights" organizations will always complain we are not doing enough. Meanwhile,what about the other Africans who entered the country illegally. Olmert promised they would be sent back to Egypt, but this was 3 months ago. |
