It is one thing for the government to allow these refugees to become naturalized but it is another thing for the Israelis themselves to accept the refugees into the fold. It will be a lot easier if the government just doesn`t throw welfare money at them but has a plan to get the refugees well settled and into work projects that they can earn a living.
