| Rabbi Yoffie has crossed that line in which a good man becomes dangerously naive about the real intentions of his hosts. Is he aware of the doctrines of taqia an kitnan? Is he aware of the Islamic doctrine of abrogation--in which later verses of the Quran abrogate earlier ones with which they contradict. Unfortunately, the peace-and-love verses (written while still in Mecca and a minority) are abrogated by the anti-infidel and the war and jihad verses (written in Medina). I doubt if his hosts told him of these facts-- By the way, look up taqia and kitnan on Google. |
