I flew to/from Ben Gurion airport this month by Sund`or, daughter of ELAL: never gain ! I paid the same price as a ticket issued by ELAL. The only problem was that ELAL flights were full on the days I could fly with my kids. So either the travel agent made too much money on my family or Sundor is charging too much for the services on flight they offer, or should I write "do not offer"?!!!
Wine/beer with a meal were charged. Ear phones were sold at 2 euro (10 shekels) each. No soft drinks were offered. Only tea/coffee with the breakfast or lunch. No cola nor a small gift to keep the kids happy. Parents with small babies were complaining as there were no special beds/baskets. Not even an entertaining magazine which also shows us which route we fly. Only the Duty Free book of ELAL was in the pocket in the front seat. Next time I make sure I will not fly charters, only ELAL. |
