As to who should shoulder the blame for his death, I think it should fall on the terrorist who precipitated the incident, and may well have hid behind the boy. I am certain the boy was not killed gratuitously, but accidentally--wrong place at wrong time. And to you, Ron, you tell me American GIs in Iraq and Afghanistan don`t accidentally kill civilians. Of course they do. It`s sad, but the GIs are not criminally culpable. AS opposed to the architects of Ma`alot. Remember that??????????? |
