| Under US law, if a person is involved in commiting a violent felony, i.e. armed robbbery, and aperosn is killed during the commison of that felony, i.e. the store keeper shoots and kills a co-robber, the person tht started the chain of events by committing the initial felony is guilty of the murder pursuant to the felony muder rule. That rule should apply to this situation as well. |
