The cover-up is becoming deafening. If Turkey is a democratic country and seeks acceptance in a European Union that includes a country that made genocide a national policy (Germany), it should come to grips with its past also. It`s time.
It`s about Turkey, not about Israel, many of whose citizens are survivors of the greatest genocide in history. And Israel should behave with utter morality and make its attitude based on the truth. It`s unfortunate that truth often becomes sacrificed to nation interest. |
