Under the machinations of Peace Now and other suicide left groups, the withdrawl of army protection can be used as a threat against Jewish cities and towns in Judea/Samaria. The answer is very simple. Each city and town in Judea and Samaria should develop self defense forces. This would negate withdrawl of protection threats from appeaser politicians. It would also enable a far more aggressive stance towards terrorists who threaten Judea/Samaria cities and towns. A very positive development any way you look at it.
