Title:Circumventing the law
Name:Zev
City: State: Israel
Israel is proud of its social laws. One of those laws that are on the books is that for a worker to get full social benefits he must have tenure which he gets after working for the same employer for a certain amount of years. So as not to give these benefits many companies will fire a worker just before he reaches tenure and in many cases rehire that worker after a waiting period of a few months. All this so he doesn`t have to pay the social benefits. What does it say about a country where the government does this to circumvent the very laws that it passes?
