| These security guards are in effect IDF employees since they train them, supervise them and pay them. These tactics employed by the IDF to avoid giving them permanency status had been used for many years in the States but lately, the law has stopped allowing the companies to get away with these tactics and has been compelling them to pay back what is rightfully owed to the employees. The IDF is simply trying to sneak away from that liability now but giving the work to an outside contractor will not change anything; these guards will continue working for the IDF and the IDF will continue being liable to them and in time will have to pay heavily for this when the guards wake up and take legal action. |
