| Article 3.2 of the 4th Geneva Conventions states the following, and this is in respect to the obligations of an Occupying Power (i.e. Israel in the West Bank): "The wounded and sick shall be collected and cared for." May I remind you that Israel is a signatory to these conventions. Gee, ask yourself this question: Had the victim in this case been a Jewish settler would he have recieved the same treatment? |
