Out of fear of retaliation Israel never directly had military participation to any of the American military operations in the Middle East, plus America has military bases in Turkey, Saudi Arabia etc, so this money is not given to Israel in case Israelis help Americans militarily just in case, Americans do not need it. Israel is already very powerful and rich and America gives an amount of money to the jews while it can use this money to greatly improve its f..ed up health system for people who can not afford health insurance.
