| And Israel needs to be involved in helping to found it. This is the only way in which to escape from the morass into which we have all got ourselves. In 1948 when Israel was founded there was provision for an Arab state next to it but the Arabs preferred to wait for the destruction of Israel, as promised them by the Arab League, and climb over our dead bodies to take our country. By now they should be convinced that`s not going to happen and should be prepared to make a state of their own. |
