In the NY area most hospitals benefit from Satmar. they are there to help Jewish patients & their families....no matter what. they are not checking to see if you are Orthodox etc.
Just 3 weeks ago I was at a hospital in Ornage county NY. as i was leaving (with 2 non-Observant Jewish women) 3 Satmar Hasidim came running over. they wanted to know if we needed anything, any food etc. They urged us to go to the Kosher room in the hospital (many NY hospitals have this) so that we could enjoy some food.
this article is so sarcastic & petty. Look at all the good Satmar does....then this article seems pretty unimportant. |
