| Yes, I am delighted with what the Kurds have accomplished. Kurdistan is the only part of Iraq which prospers. I was understanding when most Kurds in army units ordered south to participate in the Civil War by the US deserted. There are problems this article does not begin to address. Both the US and Israel are funding and supplying the PPK. The US is actively protecting it from being stopped from waging war against Turkey and Iran. Both Turkey and Iran have warned of the need to stop the PPK from waging war against them. Iran is more conciliatory than Turkey. Iran is trying to get most Kurds to stop the PPK from attacking Iran. Turkey is on the verge of attacking Kurdistan. It is really unfortunate that Israel and the US are run by men so immature that harming Iran is more important than preserving Kurdistan and helping Turkey which is an ally of both Israel and the US. |
