There are those who try to equate corruption with zionism; Hysterical Hannah for one.
Certainly there are corrupt Israelis and corrupt Jews. Come to Israel and you will find greedy, venal, dishonest, corrupt and wicked people. You will find them in every other country too. In Israel these people are still a minority and other people work actively to expose and restrict the damage done by this minority.
There is a free press(one part of which has created the forum we use now), a police force that will ivestigate even the highest in the land and an independent judiciary that will punish them.
In a truly corrupt society we would not be having this debate. It is no coincidence that Israels most vociferous and vicious detractors are themselves from deeply corrupt countries lacking or repressing the institutions of free societies that can be used to prevent corruption and uphold the rule of law.
