| How can anyone trust the Vatican when it refuses to admit its complicity in the ratlines which permitted so many Nazis to escape justice post Second World War? Until the Pope finally clears the air, there will always be lingering doubts about the Holy See`s motives towards Jews. The ongoing lawsuit, Alperin v. Vatican Bank, www.vaticanbankclaims, and the Vatican`s steadfast refusal to bow to historic fact is a slap in the face of all Holocaust survivors. |
