We support the education of students, in the development of border power plants, as Canada has used this to provide greater stability to the border regions with USA, by collaborating with Northern States Utility companies and landowners, to put in wind farms on both sides of their southern border.
We suggest that renewable power would provide greater stability to disputed or under staffed border regions; better than fences to keep immigrants from crossing...power plants provide greater security than the US military bases. IMHO:8) |
