Khamenei is on his last legs, Fidel and Mugabe are long in tooth as well. We`re looking at a lot of imminent departures here on Earth. But, Hell has it`s own problems. Given the conditions, wood frame construction is untenable and Local 666 of the Masonry Union is out on strike. Couple this with a real estate bubble that has resulted in hyper-inflated prices and you can understand the problems the Iranians face. Competition is steep for good accomodation down there.
