| I am a Zionist and a strong supporter of Israel, BUT as noted in some of the responses, a sea change is needed in the thinking of a lot of Israelis. The world community, as well as the U.S. government will not accept continued settlement of the territories. Israel will be lucky to keep the large settlements already established but those who want to extend Jewish communities on the West Bank had better give up those ideas; it is not going to happen. |
