The Palestinian was shot for "acting suspicious" OF COURSE he WAS "acting suspicious" SUSPICIOUS of the actions of the IDF soldier who had tied up a Palestinian taxi driver in his OWN taxi, which is a normal reaction to anyone who sees a WRONG.
