Ben-David - like most supporters of Political Zionism - utterly fails to grasp the inherent contradiction in a "Jewish Democracy". Italy is not a "Catholic Democracy", UK is not a "Protestant Democracy" etc. Israel currently functions on the basis of systematic racism that would be totally unacceptable in a `Western democracy`. Ben-David should stick to economics and leave the politics to people with greater clarity and honesty. |
