So they want to charge Moshe Katsav with some non life threatening offences that the State Attorney General thinks do not have a reasonable chance of bringing a conviction but a man who leaves his baby to fry in a car, suffering a terrible death, is just allowed to get away with it. What he did exactly fits the definition of manslaughter.
