| Burston is right about the feelings of both Jews and Palestinians, but he implies that ALL Jews were driven out from Palestine two thousand years ago. This is not historically true. Mant Jews, principally the rural population stayed. Most, but not all, converted to christianity during the Byzantic era. Then came the Muslim, and most, but not all, converted a second tume to Islam. But they are not genetically Arabs (only the Bedouins are). So, Israeli Jews, see their brothers who stayed. |
