I agree that as a general rule members of one religion have no place in telling those of another religion how they should practice their faith.

HOWEVER, in striving for a peaceful coexistence I see no problem with Jews speaking out against the revival of a prayer that is patently offensive and has proven historically to serve as a basis of animosity toward Jews. It is undeniable that such animosity materialized in countless crimes against Jews over the past 2000 years.

I agree that all sides in any debate should objectively evaluate their position so as not to practice hypocrisy. I do not condone any Jewish newspapers printing offensive cartoons about any other religion but I do ask that you cite the sources when making such an accusation. Further, I also do not condone the offensive materials printed in numerous other papers throughout the world that are undeniably Christian sources. It seems an earlier poster conveniently forgot to mention this in his hateful message.
