israel was a creation of western guilt at the ill treatment of jews, culminating in the holocaust... when the(the west) did nothing to stop the slaughter.
the un that created israel was not truly representive of the world. largely european colonists, the american and australsian settlers along with aparthied s. africa, this unreal un majority, voted for the creation of israel... newly independant india.. pakistan and a few others opposed this for obvious reasons. no one of course never bothered to ask the palis.
israel is now a fact of life.everyone ,even the arabs accept this fact, for now.the few nay sayers are holding out as a bargaining gambit.
before israel as a state becomes an obstacle to its own survival, and loses what credibility it has ... it must drop its greed for land, and clearly state its readiness to return to the 67 borders for complete peace.
