Men are least likely to commit rape in their home village; especially under circumstances where people do not migrate into or out of the village. Rape, and other violent crime, are more common in areas where people are anonymous and move from place to place. This is especially true where individuals are able to move about alone. In any case, men from all walks of life and all cultures commit rape. It most certainly is not an Arab, Muslim, Black, Irish, Brazillian, Italian, American, ....thing.
