When Isrealis, especially Arab ones, hear the words Border Police (Mishmar Hagvool), they immediately think of those lowly educated, cold hearted, uncaring individuals who love uniforms and weapons because it gives them powers that they can never muster on their own.
Most of these people should undergo psychological tests to see if they are fit to work with the public.
And even though they are called Border Police, you can see them often outside villages and at airport enterances in their army fatigue and jeeps, and they order cars to stop for inspection.
You wouldn`t want to be stopped by these guys. |
