| This is nonsense: "The ISPs are committed to providing Internet packages at the same price, regardless of whether customers have access to pornographic sites or not. The companies will also not be allowed to pass on the costs directly to the consumer." If I only want 75% of a product why should I pay for all of it. Let those who want pornography pay for it. If I want a faster connection for my Internet access I pay more. Why should I have to subsidise voyeurs or my ISP`s profit margins? If I choose to travel first class on the train I pay more. What is the difference? Do I have an intrinsic human right to the Internet any more than I have an intrinsic human right to a first class train seat? Actually it is cruel and unusual punishmnet to have to sit in a second class carriage on a busy day in the heat of the summer! |
