| I would agree with Shalom Freedman that from the perspective of the freedom of expression we may have to tolerate some of the persistent unpleasantness that we read on-line. Unlike Shalom, I think much of the abuse here comes from Israeli apologists, some of whom repeatedly call for the ethnic removal of all Palestinians from the Occupied Territories; that?s some of the milder comments. Perhaps one of our roles is to police our own forums and challenge such obscenities from whichever side of the debate they come from. Regards. |
