because these men, women and children are on Israeli soil. How Israel responds will reflect the values of the society. Clearly, there are those in Israel already extending a welcoming and helping hand to these refugees, and for that we can be proud. But, so far, the government`s response is not one to be proud of.
I am a firm believer in spreading good will whenever you have the opportunity. Give these people assistance, shelter them, and help them lead a safe and happy life and you will have improved the safety and happiness of all Israelis. |
