| I wonder why these people left Egypt, where they were treated so well by their Muslim brothers? I agree that history shows we Jews were treated poorly, especially during and after the Holocaust, in which our death was the aim of most of Europe. However, there is such poverty in Israel among the elderly and children(I worked in a soup kitchen in Jerusalem on my last trip there) and I think the government`s first responsibility is to its own citizens.
