| mentions in his article.I would say it is an exercise in cynicism on the part of the Quartet.It is meant to fail so that israel can continue expanding on the West Bank and ignore the Arab Initiative.If the Quartet had been serious they would have appointed Jimmy Carter,who has consistently said that Hamas should be brought into the equation.In fact, he said the other day that it is criminal not to talk to the democratically elected government of Hamas. |
